The experience my partner just had here is unacceptable. I'm not just an angry reviewer, I'm a person who cares deeply for their partner and for other people trying to get the care they need. He got his blood drawn not even a week ago with his PCP, no problem – he is in his 20's and his T is under 200. He arrived here for a scheduled appointment at opening hour for another blood draw that they needed for some reason, they wouldn't accept his PCP's. He waited an hour and 30 minutes until he went to find someone to tell them that he had to leave soon. They were suddenly able to treat him right then. The lady who did his draw didn't even take blood, just poked him a bunch painfully and said something about his veins being no good and to come back next week. The experience was miserable, and he didn't even get what he went for. We will not be coming back :)

Terrible attitude and service. Two customers had issues with the price. Wanted them to pay more than they said it would be. I would strongly discourage anybody from going there.

Excellent experience. They do a great job educating you on all aspects of TRT before starting any treatment. Staff is efficient and the provider is very knowledgeable and experienced. I have several options in the area for TRT and choose to make the 45 minute drive to Murfreesboro.

I had a great experience at the Low T Center in Murfreesboro. The staff provided outstanding service from start to finish. They took the time to explain every step of the procedure clearly and thoroughly, which really put me at ease. Their delicate care and expert knowledge made a big difference—I felt confident I was in good hands. Highly recommend this location for anyone considering treatment.
