I've been coming to Carolyn for 7 yrs & counting! I drive 2 hrs to see her.....why??....Because SHE is the BEST! Better than any doctor I've ever been too. I will not go anywhere else. Carolyn is very knowledgeable, kind & friendly. She has a great staff also. If you're having hormone issues then you must see Carolyn. She goes beyond the basics to get you feeling your best! She's the BEST so forget the rest!

I have worked with others on my HRT journey, but l am most happy with Low TE Florida and l recently returned to them after going with a gynecologist-led HRT practice for over a year. I have definitely slept better, become more toned and had better energy since my hormones were balanced. I find Low TE staff to be fast, flexible, understanding, and professional. They NEVER seem rushed. I always feel recognized by whomever l contact by phone or email. The front desk is calm and professional. It seems like when l email or call that they give me the courtesy of quickly looking up our record together, or offering to check and get back to me, so they will be up to speed before answering my question. They do what they say they will. Carolyn and Rachael and Griz and the other women work as a team. I feel like they are on my side. They are never argumentative, and they don't act like gatekepers who say "my way or the highway", which has happened to me in the past. I highly recomment Low TE Florida.

We've been a customer for almost 10 years. During our most recent visit, we had Rachel make the incisions and insert the pellets. There was a little discomfort initially (as there always is), but virtually no bruising around the incision. Highly recommend Carolyn and Rachel at Low Te!

I’ve been referred to Carolyn by a good friend of mine who has been using her services since years and has been very happy. I am so grateful I discovered her, it absolutely changed my whole life. Using the pellets on a regular basis (approx 3 months) made me feel like I almost stopped aging. I recovered my libido, my strength in the gym, my muscle mass, it helped regulating my moods and calming anxiety. Carolyn is very careful to start on a lower dose and adjust it next time if needed. I’m extremely happy with how I feel after 9 months of using them, I could not imagine life without pellets. The process is so quick and easy, while she’s chatting with you to distract you, you’re done! Absolutely no pain, no side effects. I am traveling all the way from Europe every 3 months for that, so I definitely consider it’s worth it.

Carolyn Zaumeyer and her staff (especially Griz) are amazing. They respond to all emails and calls immediately and with care and knowledge. They're willing to take the time to explain the process and then let you choose if you want to proceed. Her recommendations are effective and they've really made me feel better. Don't waste any more time and go see her!
