Being a member of health alliance has changed my life for the better. I have always been active, but perimenopause and menopause hit me hard. I was so sore and unable to do the activities I was used to. With Integrated Alliance I am able to schedule appointments when I need them and I am heard. The appointments are not rushed and I have time to go through everything. I feel physically so much better since starting on HRT. The program is tailored to me and we adjust as needed.

Naomi is so knowledgeable and I can’t express how supportive she has been to myself and my daughter. She knows her stuff and she stays up on the latest research to provide the best support possible. So appreciative.

Naomi has been spectacular! She has always, promptly, professionally, and with incredible knowledge answered my questions and I have always felt heard by her. I appreciated the way they have addressed my health concerns, starting therapy first to address overwhelming symptoms instead of waiting on labs and then dosing according to those. Getting help immediately was awesome. We're still working on the best therapies for me but I feel very good about being listened to by Naomi. Would have provided 5 stars for her. Giving 4 stars due to my first and only interaction with William. I'm absolutely willing to give him another try because even the best people can have off days and because of the stellar service from everyone else. They listened when I voiced my disappointment with my brief first appt with William and worked hard to address my issues with finding a lab. I have a follow up appt with William soon and don't have any concerns. Overall great service so far and I look forward to navigating my journey with IHA.

After been denied by my long time endocrinologist primary care doctor, I found a medical care provider that didn’t dismiss my perimenopausal symptoms. I received the proper care, pre and post hysterectomy procedure, weight management treatment and knowing the medical service team still available as needed for additional support is so ensuring.
