The staff at Sculpted MD North is friendly and knowledgeable. When I started my weight loss program with them, they promised me I would loose weight. Boy were they right. I have lost over 100lbs with their help. No high intensity works outs. I just go for a walk a few days a week, watch what I eat and take my medication as prescribed.
