As someone who never used TRT before, I wanted to work with a Team that had all the products and information necessary to get optimized. So far Renew Vitality has delivered on this. Josh has been great with providing me with information, guidance, and support during the entire process so far. Everything was very transparent, from the pharmacies used to details about the products. Josh and the Team are quick to respond to any questions. I appreciated having a chance to meet with a provider in person at the Pearl River location. Leonard was very supportive and informative about the entire process. I first called Renew Vitality because I was feeling sluggish and wanted to get my pep back. After their painless testing, it showed that my testosterone level was very low. They recommended a testosterone program that was safe and that will raise my levels. It’s working and I feel great. I am on my third program now with Josh who is very helpful and takes the time to go over all of my questions and concerns. I do call him off hours and he does pick up the phone to help me. Their top of the line products works as designed and I will continue with the program. A+
