The team of expertise at Esprit in Sidney Mt. Including the one and only Ms. Michelle Frank, have been nothing but amazing these past few years for me as I have had a run around with my health. From where I was at in the beginning, to now.. I can honestly say that I am back on track with not only my health, but my life!! Thank you to all the team members at Esprit for being with me step by step on my road to well being, and helping me land on this much better road of life!! I appreciate you all so much on not just everything you have done for myself, but also others with there goals. I showed up for my appointment, the receptionist quickly checked me in as the Nurse stood at the counter, eagerly waiting to stab me with a needle. I followed her to the back and took my hooded sweat shirt off to access my arms. She gave me the option to choose which arm she stabbed, (high customer service). I actually let her pick, and we went with the left. With the precision accuracy of a professional dart thrower and the soft touch of a humming bird surgeon she pierced my vein with the new needle. It was hardly excruciating at all. After she was done and wiped a small tear from my eye. I got a Ironman bandaid, just kidding it was white tape with a cotton ball under it. I felt I deserved a sucker because I didn't cry that much but one was not offered. All kidding aside, good, quick service, in and out in less than 10 minutes! Thank you!!!

Michelle took so much time to explore my health needs and answer all of my questions. I appreciated she didn’t just treat my symptoms with a quick prescription. She helped me create a treatment program personalized for me, which she explained in depth at a follow up appointment. All the staff I met at Esprit Health Clinic were kind and professional. My only regret is that I didn’t find them sooner! I will be recommending Michelle and her team to others!
