GO TO AGELESS MALE ON GERMANTOWN PKWY. They pretty much do the same thing but for half the price. I went in there and after giving me my total the lady attempts to try to sign me up for Affirm like she was about to really do it and make it seem like it's part of the situation. I was told my testosterone was extremely low so I went to my Pc the next day worried but was told it was 100 points higher. So they used a combination or fear and men wanting to perform to get you locked in but I'm at Ageless male and they are great and charge alot less and don't try to sign you up for affirm. At least they haven't yet lol. This is just my experience about what actually happened when I went.

I have my first appointment with them today and I've felt nothing but cared for and seen. Every member of the staff has been kind, and I'm looking forward to bettering my overall health because of how straightforward, knowledgeable, and compassionate the staff and Doctor(s) are.

This place is a complete scam. My husband went to get his testosterone levels checked and they said they were very low. Tried to sell him on things he didn’t need. My husband decide to check with his PCP before going with these people. This business charged him well of $3,000 for medicine we have never received. Has made us jump through hoops to get this resolved. Including getting notes from our PCP. We have done all the things and now they will not even answer his phone calls. We will have to get a lawyer involved. I highly recommend doing your research before going to a place like this.

I have already informed your company three separate times that you have the wrong number for the patient you are trying to reach. There is no reason I should still be receiving calls and messages about this individual. What is especially disturbing is that one of your voicemails disclosed this person’s lab results—even after I clearly instructed you to remove my number. This is a serious breach of privacy and completely unacceptable. Let this serve as notice: if I receive one more call from your company regarding this matter, it will escalate into a much bigger issue. Be advised.
