I started this journey in January of 2024 with low energy, not sleeping well or for extended periods of time, my joints would hurt from working out and it would take several days to a week to recover. I reached out to Renew Vitality to have bloodwork done and sure enough my Testosterone levels were pretty much non existent. After speaking with Dalton Brown and Dr. Staller I was approved for TRT injections and also started taking Semaglutide to help get some of excessive weight I put on during the pandemic. I use to be an athlete and would run half marathons, CrossFit workouts, and Tough Mudder and Ragnars. I wanted my life back and they have helped me do that. The support system is tremendous with texts and phone calls to check in on progress and how you are feeling. 10/10 recommended! The pic on the left is at my heaviest 320 lbs taken in August of 2023. The one on the right was taken one year later August 2024 weighing in at 250 lbs. Yes, I am down 70 lbs since starting in January of 2024!

Patrick is Amazing, and Dr. Staller is there for you as well these guys tailor a program that can change the way you feel all around. The first thing I noticed was that the treatments were very calming and that I started sleeping better almost immediately. Next was my energy levels during the day were way better. I was able to do multiple high energy activities and I don’t need a nap after, with an additional 3 days to recover. Now I feel like I’m 25 again. Been in now for about 6 months and feeling great!! My consultant Greg has been really accommodating and informative throughout this process. Anytime I have a question or concern he promptly responds with the exact answer and/or guidance I need. I have, and will continue to share my experiences with others who are curious about this therapy.
