I am posting this review on this location intentionally because it is operated by the same practice. I was a patient at another location and prepaid for an entire year of services. That location closed without warning after only about half of my prepaid services were used. Several weeks before a scheduled appointment, I received a mass text stating the clinic would be “temporarily closed for a few weeks.” No further communication followed, and I was never notified of a permanent closure. After multiple attempts to contact the practice, I eventually received a vague email stating they would “try,” but no refund has been issued and my medical records have not been forwarded to my new provider. As of the date of this review, these issues remain unresolved. I believe future patients should be aware of this experience, especially before agreeing to pay in advance. 2/9/26 update- received file. NO MONEY REFUND

The negative review from LCG is a disgruntled employee, along with aprilanna, there hasn't been a patient that got treatment under the name "April" in years, and unfortunately, we cannot remove this review, as the said employee has our passcode to our google account. Hormone therapy is customized to each patient, and Nova Health makes sure to talk with every patient getting therapy. There's no guessing; but talking openly about HOW YOU FEEL is part of a customized treatment plan like pellets and testosterone. There are side effects with every medication we take on a daily basis, and we are open about those side effects and take them seriously. We are committed to your customized plan. Nova has been in the industry for 15+ years, and that speaks volumes to the very loyal patients who continue to trust Nova health all this time. We look forward to continue to serve this community, as we have for so many years.

I've been receiving amazing benefits from this therapy. The staff is friendly and helpful, I never have to wait more than a few minutes. The benefit of feeling better than I ever did since my hysterectomy 21 years ago and by the way Dr. Farmer was my surgeon then. I really like him. He's always willing to talk to you, although most of the time Dee does my implant procedure. It's easy and fast..one day you have labs drawn and about a week later your implant of pellets that are the hormones themselves. Since I am hypothyroid and all hormones work together for optimum heath, he also checks my thyroid levels also. I've been going there over 3 or 4 years now. Go you won't be sorry. I see as many men receiving replacement therapy there as women now. Good for them!@

Very disappointing! They made me worse! I asked the lady in the beginning if the therapy would cause me to have periods and she said, OH NO! We wouldn’t do that to you! Well I was having periods again before I left my contract!!! They are awful as far as knowledge and they GUESS each time you see them on whether to go up or down on meds! The nurse asked me?! Seriously! Go to RENEW off of Blankenbaker Lane! I have been there for four years and they are excellent!!! They do not GUESS and do a much more thorough blood work up!
