I was looking for a place that could help me understand my hormones better and figure out what might be affecting my energy levels and overall health. I came across Health Aging Medical Centers, and they offer a really thorough blood panel that helped me get some answers. I worked with Lauren Torpey, and she was amazing—super knowledgeable and supportive. She pointed out things my regular doctor never mentioned and gave me simple, practical steps to help balance my hormones and improve how I feel. The team at Healthy Aging in West Orange have been nothing but amazing. I've been on Dr. Rand program since December and in 10 weeks have seen HUGE turn around. From dropping 37 pounds, to many more improvements in blood pressure, test levels, and much more. It has truly been life changing in the short amount of time I've been making these changes and can't wait to see how much more this helps me get my life back to the health I should have and deserve. UPDATE: Week 14 on program and I've now lost 50.5 pounds!! Energy levels at a all time high, depression gone, feeling stronger than ever!

Went to see Dr Rand in April for low energy and difficulty losing weight. After bloodwork and evaluation by Dr Rand, he placed me on an individualized program to get me back on track. Four months later I’m down 67 lbs and feel great! Dr Rand and his staff are professional, knowledgeable and truly care about their patients. I have known Dr. Rand for many years and I fully trust this doctor and would gladly recommend him to anyone who is struggling with hormonal changes. He has been helping me to go through premenopouse and menopause and helped me to lose 30 pounds in 90 days that I gained since my menopause. He is a very knowledgeable specialist with superb bedside manners. His staff is always nice and very attentive. I was praising him to my friends from New York and they want to make an appointment and drive 1.5 hours just to see him. As per price, some people don't know the real high price. Again, my ny friends told me that in their neighborhood everything that Dr. Rand offers is twice as much, so they are willing to travel and receive the services that his clinic provides.

Dr.Rand is exceptional! I had to have a complete hysterectomy a few years ago, and only being 30 years old right now, have needed extensive help balancing and replacing hormones. I have been searching for the right doctor for a few years with no success …until I finally found Dr. Rand. He is compassionate and completely dedicated to achieving balance and overall health to the most optimal level possible.
