RN Kevin Flinn spent about an hour with me explaining medication and discussing all of my concerns and then some. I walked out feeling very comfortable about treatment plan. His bedside manner was outstanding and talking to him was extremely easy and free flowing. He was an extremely nice person who knows his stuff. Have met with Nick a couple of times since and had great appointments. Very personable, east to talk to, answered all my questions. Wish I didn’t need to go here but this is the place to go for men’s health problems if you need to go somewhere.

I have been a patient for three years and have always appreciated the detailed explanations of treatment options, ample time for questions during consultations, and attentive follow up. Whenever I have contacted the clinic between appointments I have received prompt and effective assistance. The new administration provides a friendly and comfortable yet professional atmosphere and I'm pleased to see an increased focus on how lifestyle factors can influence well being including hormonal levels and the ability to track body composition with newly purchased equipment. Dr. Abraham Morgentaler and his staff is just amazing!

From my first call to MHB I was impressed with them. I spoke with a lady named Barbara, Who could quite possibly be one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She was informative, friendly and extremely helpful. They were able to get me in for an appt. extremely fast and Barbara helped with insurance that I wasn’t sure would cover treatment, Thankfully it does, Thank you again Barbara. DR. Applebaum was great. Explained everything very clearly so I knew why/what was happening and how to correct it. “Kevin number 2” Who did the bone scan was another very friendly/cool person that talked you through everything. The lady that makes the appointments and schedules tests after your visit . Was amazing! I really can’t say enough about this place. It was my first experience with them. And it was an extremely good one. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the entire office just has a really good vibe to it. I would highly suggest checking them

This place was great a few years ago. An all male assistant staff really made me feel good, not like other offices which have me disrobe in front of females. Somewhere they lost their focus and it is apparent. The male staff has gone off to other ventures. Offices are pretty, sleek... what you always envisioned your man-cave should be... but at the end of the day your wallet pays for it. If you can afford it, you will be offered executive level concierge services, where you will receive "enhanced access to Dr. Morgentaler via email, text, and phone, as warranted; a dedicated phone line to his assistant; priority appointments with extended visit lengths; unlimited visits per year; and a private waiting lounge with complimentary snacks and refreshments." Maybe that's why the Yelp reviews are so poor overall, its the everyone else who doesn't get special treatment. If you want a place with pretty shiny chrome art on the wall, leather couches, and plush carpet, this is your place. If you want top notch urological care. There are other options.
