I just love this place. Staff is friendly when you come in. I feel like my doctor, Emily, listens to what my symptoms I have and we strategize how we can resolve the symptoms or make them better. Getting to the root of the problem, not just masking it. I feel so good when I leave that my health is getting better. I truly love going to my appointments!! Highly recommend!

I had my first appointment today with Emily and I truly don’t think there are words for what I felt walking out of my appointment today. The first time I have ever left a medical facility feeling heard and like my health truly matters. I am beyond excited to move forward with my healthcare journey at Forum Health!

What's taken 10+ years for my regular doctors, Traci figured out in a month. I love how we aren't just in a box at Forum, 'cause that has gotten me nowhere. Previously, I felt gaslit and frustrated (they even suggested hysterectomy of my uterus because they didn't know what else to do with me). It finally feels good to put a name on what's been ailing me for at least 10 years, and I probably would have had to wait for an answer for 10 more years with my multiple general practitioners. I can't thank the team at Forum enough for seeing me as a person first, with real symptoms. I knew right away at the first appt, it was going to be a fit. I hadn't felt that hopeful in years. I would recommend anyone to Forum hands down. I don't think I've ever looked so forward to a doctors appt.

I saw Dr. Emily today and I am SO EXCITED to be taken seriously with my health and for an action plan to get to the root issues of my overall health. All her specialties are areas of concern in my health and I’m so glad to have found her. Looking forward to my future appointments :)

Forum Health changed my life. I was experiencing many years of health issues where my regular doctor at SSM couldn’t figure out what was wrong. One visit to Forum Health and I had a diagnosis and was on the road to feeling better following their treatments. Unfortunately my insurance doesn’t cover my Forum appointments, so I have to pay out of pocket.
