FIVE STAR ACROSS THE BOARDS! From the moment I came in, Mariana accommodated me well (and other patients), making sure we are comfortable. The warmth welcome is 10/10, makes me feel I came to the right place. I was then ushered to a private room for my booked treatment where I met Doctor Zaidi who answered all my questions. My safety is their top priority as I was monitored every 15 minutes whlist receiving my treatment, thanks to Diva, she is amazing as well. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had an amazing experience at Nova Concierge Medicine and Aesthetics with Ashley, the Master Esthetician. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Ashley was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in the treatments I was receiving. I had a BBL and Halo treatment, and I absolutely loved the results. My skin looks brighter, smoother, and overall much healthier. Ashley’s expertise and attention to detail really show in the outcome. I also received an IV drip from Dr. Zaidi, which was incredible. It left me feeling energized, refreshed, and overall amazing. Dr. Zaidi was very professional and made the whole experience comfortable and seamless. The entire team treated me with genuine care and professionalism, and the experience felt both luxurious and personalized. This is truly the best med spa in Fairfax and Northern Virginia. Stopped by Nova Concierge Medicine & Aesthetics a few weeks ago with my family for hair restoration, and it honestly exceeded our expectations. The clinic is spotless and has such a calm, welcoming vibe. Diva walked us through every detail and made sure we understood the entire process. Dr. Zaidi created a fully customized plan for me, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. I just started my Exosomes treatment and I’m genuinely excited — especially after seeing the amazing results my mom is already having! We felt heard, supported, and truly cared for. Definitely planning to continue my visits.

I came across this practice after noticing their display of skin care products. From the moment I entered the practice, the customer service was exceptional! The entire staff was so welcoming and eager to help, which immediately put my mind at ease knowing I was in good hands. I have very sensitive, reactive skin, so choosing the correct products is not an easy task and can be quite overwhelming. After completing a few general “get to know you” forms, I was introduced to Ashley. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, compassionate and extremely helpful in helping me determine which products would be suitable for my challenged skin. The entire experience was wonderful and although I did not undergo any procedures, I would highly recommend this practice. I now stop by anytime I’m in the building, regardless if I’m in need of products because I simply enjoy seeing this lovely team of ladies!
