I’ve been working with Jamie at Underground Strength for about 6 months and I can’t say enough good things about her! Not only is she incredibly skilled at helping me achieve my goals, bit she offers her expertise in wellness shots such as TRT and B12 that have made a huge difference in how I feel. Jamie knows exactly what I need to perform at my best and always tailors everything to suit my body’s unique needs. The facility is very clean and you will always be greeted with friendly staff. Meredith is also great taking time to explain and answer any questions you may have!

Would give 6 stars if I could. These folks took me seriously when I was suffering when nobody else would and helped get to the bottom of what I was experiencing. Meredith is an absolutely incredible provider - she listens well, asks lots of questions, and aims to bring comfort, care, and health without cutting corners. She makes sure to meet you where you are at in your wellness journey. I felt SO comfortable talking to her about my symptoms. Another reviewer called Jamie "The Needle Jedi" - I totally agree with them! When she sticks me for my bloodwork, I barely feel it. As a new phlebotomist, I hope to someday have hands as gentle as Jamie's. She also has a huge wealth of knowledge about lifestyle, diet, supplements, and other forms of care that can help change patients' lives. As a bonus, she has a great sense of dry humor that always makes my day when I come in. Selena is also super awesome! She always helps me to get connected with Meredith when I'm away from town (which is very often) to make sure that I can get the answers to any questions that i have about my course of treatment. She is also extremely patient, especially because I know that I can come off as somewhat demanding at times.

I HIGHLY recommend this business for all your health and longevity needs. Meredith - you’ve been amazing. You always reply to questions and inquiries promptly and with excellent levels of details while also using language that’s easy to understand. You always work with a smile and are welcoming. I really appreciate your level of professionalism and expertise. Thank you for always being so kind, caring, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Jamie - I would say you are who myself and many other patience interact with the most. In my time coming to the practice, you’ve always been extremely professional, and are a wealth of knowledge and insight as it pertains to holistic wellness. You are quite literally the most skilled medical technician I have ever met. Not only are you incredibly knowledgeable regarding the various treatment plans, but you’ve also always been exceptionally kind, light hearted, encouraging, and have a great sense of humor. When it comes to all types of business, being proficient in the technical aspect of the job is half the battle. The other half is building relationships and treating your clients like they’re more than just a number or name on a clipboard. You’ve surpassed my greatest expectations in every case. It is very rare to meet someone that gives it there very best every day no matter the circumstances or situations. It’s very outside the norm to work with someone that perfectly blends a high level of customer service with exceptional technical ability. You are such a person, and I think I speak for all of us when I say we all feel very blessed and fortunate to have you working on our behalf. You do an amazing job and I look forward to seeing you and your colleagues for the foreseeable future. You are both such an amazing reflection on the business and I am positive they are as grateful and fond of you both as I am.

Best HRT avail of you are busy and always in a hurry. Very efficient and cost effective. Jamie is the best tech ever to hold a needle! Worth the drive every time! Results are as promised and not optional with being an aging man!

Absolutely wonderful staff! Chris only hires the best and friendliest staff. Meredith is extremely helpful and compassionate while Jamie has that graceful and soft touch when it comes to injections. Both are knowledgeable in all offerings at the clinic. I’ve never been excited or even trusted anyone with a needle (🤣😬) but I actually look forward to my visits! The staff makes you feel welcome and right at home! Only the highest of recommendations for this place! Love love love it!
