I have been a patient of Dr Bartels for many years and I can say he is one of the most knowledgeable providers I trust with my hormones and wellness. He really takes the time to stay up to date on all the newest treatments, peptides, and most of all clinical science to help his patients. If you are a man (speaking from a man’s perspective) I highly recommend you see Dr. B to keep you feeling young and amazing! I’m 39 and feel 25. He and his staff are phenomenal. Not to mention the routine blood work you can get done right in the office. Truly a one stop for all your health and wellness needs.

I first walked into Dr. Bartels’ office about 15 years ago, not knowing I’d be finding the doctor I’d trust for life. At the time, I just needed to see an OBGYN due to abnormal testing, but shortly after, he was the one who diagnosed me with cancer. From that point on, he became the constant in my healthcare journey. What’s always stood out to me is that he’s the doctor who really listens. He never rushes through appointments or brushes off questions. Instead, he takes the time to explain, to answer fully, and to make sure I leave with clarity and peace of mind. One of the things I value most is that when something falls outside of his expertise, he doesn’t pretend otherwise, he connects me with a trusted specialist right away. That kind of honesty and care is rare, and it’s why I’ll never go anywhere else. And it’s not just Dr. Bartels. His staff makes every visit smooth and stress-free. They’re kind and make you feel like more than just another patient on the schedule. 15+ years later, I can say with complete confidence: this office is truly one of a kind, and I’m so grateful to have found it.

My sister and husband both see her, and love her as well! And best of all—she doesn’t pressure me into unnecessary services or exaggerate my inflammation numbers just to upsell a webinar (if you know, you know). The staff is professional and courteous, the practice offers a wide range of services, and the environment is both inviting and comfortable. Dr. Bartels is wonderful—his calm and warm demeanor helped put me at ease during a stressful situation. Oh my goodness, I cannot believe that I've neglected to review these folks. I've been seeing Jacqueline Reveal for years and followed her here when she moved. The staff is friendly and attentive. Jacqueline listens and asks follow up questions, and then listens again. I cannot stress enough how important it is to feel like you're being heard, and their asking follow up questions are a good sign that they are actually listening - rather than just thinking about the next task they're going to perform or what they'll say next. I've never felt like she's talking down to me, or like I'm not important. I know that they don't allow a lot of time for office visits, but I always feel like I'm not a bother and can take as much time as I need. I use this office for Gyn, HRT, and weight loss (GLP-1). I moved to San Diego and have maintained my relationship with them and use her telehealth services. The rule is that I have to visit once a year, and I've already scheduled a trip to AZ to visit her and some friends (obviously not at the same time). The front desk staff is friendly and help make you feel comfortable. I just had an email exchange with a gal named Tamara Greene about ordering my mammy and she was fast and super nice. (ps - I very rarely share photos while reviewing places, because I prefer to leave the photography to the professionals, but you're especially not going to get a photo of my visit here..... I'm cracking myself up as I'm typing that.) I highly recommend these nice folks!
