I had a very disappointing experience with Gameday Men’s Health testosterone replacement therapy program. Communication was extremely poor from the start. It was difficult to get clear answers, follow-ups were inconsistent, and I often felt left in the dark about important details regarding my treatment. What frustrated me most were the recurring fees that were never clearly disclosed during my in-person visit. The pricing structure was not transparent, and I only realized the ongoing charges after the fact. That lack of upfront honesty left me feeling misled. I even gave them the opportunity to make things right and address my concerns, but they neglected to follow through or take meaningful steps to resolve the situation. That was especially disappointing because it showed a lack of accountability and customer care. Overall, the experience felt more like a pill mill than a legitimate men’s health clinic focused on individualized care. The process seemed rushed and transactional rather than thorough and patient-centered. I expected professional medical guidance and transparency, but unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would not recommend their services based on what I experienced.

Gameday is so amazing ! They made me feel so confident and secure with getting a shot, they served me snacks and drinks before hand. Steve the doctor was so smart and was so supportive of everything I was there for. 10/10 experience

Everything was pretty straight forward. Quick easy free test and consult. Everyone was very friendly. Got results back and everything explained clearly along with what options I had if wanted to move forward. Never felt like was getting sales pitch or up sold on anything didn't need, just simple facts and options.

This is a fantastic place! Amazing service, and happy staff...I went in early 2025 because i was referred by my MMA instructor...other than MMA, i was doing marathons and Spartan Trifectas in 2024 and 2025...i made an appointment, went in, they took my blood then i met with the dr. He had the results quickly and we discussed treatments plans. I ran 12 more marathons and two more Spartan Trifectas, and also stayed in my MMA and Taekwondo training every week...Gameday took me over the top in my medal count at 63 years old! I recommend this place for every athlete, beginning or advanced! Quick, fast, efficient, and safe! I get my products shipped to me every month now, and go in for tests every quarter...top notch! **WARNING**...if you go to google to find a number to call them, many fly-by-nights advertise their name and try and get your business, so BE careful! Great atmosphere, felt welcomed! Faster then I ever thought it would be. 5/5 would recommend. Free drinks in the waiting room is always a plus and fun conversation with the staff! Recommended by a friend totally worth it.
