Aqua Vitae - North Charleston, SC - Hormone Therapy & Weight Loss Clinic

I became a patient at Aqua Vitae a couple of years ago when my physician passed away unexpectedly. I was very reluctant because I had developed a relationship with my previous physician. The team here at Aqua Vitae have been incredible. I feel great with my HRT treatment plan. My husband is also a patient here. We are extremely satisfied being patients here & love the way we feel! I highly recommend if you are in need of HRT treatment. It’s a game changer for living life to the fullest!

I have been seeing Dr. Nathanson for one year I believe. I have lost a little over 30 pounds and have gotten my health including hormones under control. I love him! He has a great personality for helping patients. He really belives in me and gives me great suggestions taylored to my health needs. I love going to this practice due to Dr. N of course, the great location, Ashley (their patient advocate), and that I feel like I get help with my whole being. I look forward to future visits with Dr. N!

It has never been an issue anytime I’ve had an appointment, staff is always super punctual and very helpful. Actually had an appointment this morning and Hunter, was very informative and extremely helpful and also called me shortly after I left to make sure everything was good.

Hunter is great!! He's very patient with all my questions. I was getting frustrated with myself and he help assured me that I was going in the right direction...I recommend everyone come see him
