My wife and I have been going to Meridian Health and Wellness for a little over a year now, and I can’t express how transformative it has been for us! Lauren is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to understand our needs. The hormone replacement therapy has made a remarkable difference in our energy levels and overall well-being. I have been going to Lauren at Meridian Health & Wellness since May 2025. I was a bit nervous when I first came in because I didn’t know what to expect with bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, especially pellet placement, but Lauren’s professionalism and calming demeanor put me at ease right away. I was suffering with multiple severe symptoms that can come with perimenopause and was absolutely miserable. 9 months later, I am a totally different person. She runs lab work every 4-6 weeks to monitor my hormone levels as well as other labs(glucose, A1C, kidney and liver function, etc) and has made recommendations for supplements to help improve these levels. She and her husband and business partner, Kyle have been incredibly warm, supportive and caring. You could not ask for a better medical practice or staff when it comes to hormone replacement therapy.

Lauren is awesome! Professional and highly knowledgeable in every way, makes you feel very comfortable as well. She really takes her time explaining and answering questions.
