What stood out most was how personalized the care felt. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about my health and well-being. Upon walking inside of this Game Day Mens Health location, I was immediately impressed. The staff as well as the atmosphere, were extremely welcoming. My appointment was tended to within a timely fashion and all of the medical personnel were very kind and professional. I felt that my concerns were valued. I was also highly impressed regarding the person centered treatment that I received. My physician helped me gain understanding regarding my labs/diagnosis. Dr. Ballance and the staff from Gameday made my experience comfortable and welcoming from the first phone call. Everyone was extremely professional and personable. Dr. Ballance was easy to talk to, explain everything clearly and provide any extra clarity needed. I’m very glad I decided to do the consultation at this location.

10/10 experience. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and welcoming from the start. The technician who drew my blood was patient, calm, and professional, which made the process easy. Rebecca was awesome! She never pushed any specific treatment but clearly explained every available option for my situation and helped me choose the best plan. The office was clean, organized, and stocked with plenty of helpful information to look through while waiting. Great first impression, great first visit, and I’m actually looking forward to my follow-up appointments. Highly recommend Gameday Men’s Health Norfolk.

The staff is very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the business. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. Doc Ballance is very motivated, and listened to my concerns. She answered every question to the best of her abilities and knowledge.
