Rocky Mountain Men's Clinic - Central Denver

I have been going to or using The Rocky Mountain Men’s Clinic for TRT since 2022. I went in a week ago to get a blood test. I was informed that my “plan had expired”. I still have a balance of a little over $900 dollars left to pay. So, I was told I would have to start a new plan. I find it ridiculous that the payments wouldn’t line up with the plan. Needless to say I’m going somewhere else. Beware fellas. Also, there seem to be better rated TRT clinics now.

I have been going to Rocky Mountain Men's health Clinic for almost 3 years. They have helped me greatly with HRT and other stuff. The staff here is great. I go to the one down on South Bel Air and the front desk people Emily and Trey are great. And then I can't say enough about Jamie who takes care of all that payments and signing people up . I wasn't quite sure what I could afford or what I was looking for for sure and Jamie went out of her way to help me find a plan that fit me in my budget. I give this place five stars and a few considering hormone replacement therapy I recommend this place 100%. I know I've never felt this good in my life.

I entered into an agreement with RMMC in December 2023 with the understanding I could cancel the program at anytime. I attempted to cancel starting 2024 and stopped all services. It was a difficult and long process to get anyone to respond and finally in June 2024, they sent a partial refund to the loan institution. RMMC would not provide a detailed accounting of services rendered during that 4 month time period, and continues to without the information. My issue is that in no way did I receive the medications and services they claim that I used and gave refunded the loan company a nominal amount for an agreement of 36 months, and only 4 of those months receiving those services. I would not trust their word nor would I recommend their services.

The employees were absolutely rude. Every single one of them as you walk-in and called the office, they treated you like why are you even bothering them? They would never reach out to you if There is something going on with your order they will not contact you to let you know what’s going on until you call them after you’re waiting for your package and it never shows. A few times they didn’t send my order because they forgot to do bloodwork Last time I was in & didn’t bother to call me and let me know. Just let me wait for my package until I called. My work schedule time all over the Place so I had a shipped to my house so I didn’t have to go to the office every time and for some reason they kept trying to make me go in every week And I had no choice because I was paying I would go without because I couldn’t make it in, The only time they start calling me back when I stop paying!!! This place seems expensive and not necessary. They make you pay for a bunch of different meds for 6months- 2 years upfront. Wish I looked at reviews before paying them. They also force you into a bunch of contracts with them so if you don't want the service too bad you're stuck for six months no refund. Just see your primary and go from there. Really predatory practice. If they really cared and were good at what they do they'd not lock you into paying them like that. They also heavily over dosed me according to the FDA and actual doctors. Would not recommend
