My experience here started by giving them hundreds of dollars up front, getting to see the actual doctor of this practice one single time, even after several months at almost $200/mo. They did not individualize my plan whatsoever beyond the typical basic advice anyone can give you. They only followed up once in 4mos of membership, and since I may have forgotten a single dose of medication, told me to come back after a couple weeks, without giving me access to the attending physician. When I canceled my membership, that was it, they said sorry and gave no instruction or advice whatsoever on tapering off the medication they had me on. In 4mos of membership I got to speak to the only medical professional of the practice one single time. The rest of the office consists of women with no medical background whatsoever. My membership was supposed to include access to the attending doctor at any time, yet I was only ever able to speak to the receptionist or office ladies, who would loosely relay the messages between all 3 parties. I am a couple months off treatment now, and my estrogen is in the 300s (insane) and increasing still, while my testosterone declines again. With that high of estrogen I have had impactful medical problems that are troubling me greatly. I don't want to receive any care from them, their actual medical practice is neglectful and flat out dangerous. Hormones are no joke so please consider it strongly before choosing treatment, and certainly not at this practice.

Completely a rip off 485 dollars upfront then 200 a month. The staff is very nice. But not very knowledgeable about trt. Even the nurse practitioner is very nice but needs to keep practicing a little longer. I got my first shot lasted three days feel like I could move mountains then started feeling irritable again no motivation. Called about my concerns the nurse practitioner told staff to tell me it has nothing to do with my testosterone levels irritable isnt related. When common since says it is related. Then went for my second shot today and they said did you catch a bug no I dont feel sick. I just think if they are going to practice trt then they need to be knowledgeable about testosterone. So if they want to charge 485 up front and 200 a month after then there should be know reason you are waiting two weeks for your stuff to do at home. Do your research people and dont go here go to a urologist 5min down the road. Its funny they got all these good reviews but you never see patients going in and out of there so basically they just steal your money and dont care about your health. Sincerely, John
