The staff is great, but the $105 a month is a lie for at home injections. It’s been 2 weeks since my first shot. The link for my order still hasn’t been sent to have it shipped to my house. Without it you’ll have to go into the center for a shot and pay $56 to $70 dollars for a shot. It’s $135 to start, $56 or $70 dollars without a discount for each shot until your order ships. This is not what they advertise, and seems like a way to make money. I continue to ask them to call the pharmacy and have no answers. If you work a lot and can’t make it into the center for a shot this service will not work for you. Save your money and find another TRT clinic.

I would strongly advise anyone from choosing this location in order to get your testosterone prescription. I have been going here for about 3-4 years now, and it has pretty much been a constant non-stop headache to get my medication. They use Village Lane Apothecary. You can google the reviews for this pharmacy, but they are pretty much in the negative. They will literally never get you your medication on time. The pharmacy will never answer your calls, or ever return your call back number. MAYBE 1/5th of the time the clinic will actually pick up the phone and attempt to help you, but I have had to drive down to the clinic multiple times just to talk to ANYONE. When I do, they are usually extremely unhelpful and basically tell me to just wait for the pharmacy to get its act together, or pay the clinic for a one week at a time shot. The Low T Clinic is an overall miserable experience and I would suggest basically going anywhere else.

I was short tempered, having mood swings and every old injury was talking to me. My regular doctor said try a men's clinic. So, I did. They did a surprisingly comprehensive evaluation and recommended treatment. It took a couple of months to get everything dialed in but my quality of life has been massively transformed. Give them a call and ask for Hannah to get you started. She is really compassionate and will make you feel comfortable. The whole staff is great and you really feel like they care about you and your well-being.

Went in for women’s health to test my hormones. Great staff and doctor is awesome. They all have great communication. I have no complaints. I’d recommend going to this clinic.

Mismanaged and the constant turnover causes chaos for everyone--including the new staff they constantly shovel through. Sky high prices. Not only is it hectic, confusing, and hard on your wallet, but deeply unethical to everyone involved. I honestly don't know how they keep this organization running. Can't recommend and would give zero stars if I could.
