I had an amazing experience at Optimize U. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and truly made me feel heard from the moment I walked in. The P.A. took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions without rushing me. I felt comfortable, supported, and confident in the plan moving forward. Brian was absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring. You can tell he truly wants his patients to feel their best. That level of personal attention makes all the difference. Highly recommend Optimize U if you’re looking for a team that actually listens and prioritizes your health and goals.

Edited: I got a call from Kim today to ask some questions and I’m so glad she did. Apparently they do offer the patch now and I found out that the progesterone I’ve been getting isn’t the optimum, so I have raised my review to 4 stars because someone should have gone over all this with me at my previous refill. The communication and patient tracking definitely needs improvement. This place is just ok. They seem to cater to male steroid injections, so beware, you will not get the menopausal support you need here. My reg doc is an NP (so not a doc) so she sent me here when peri started. Everyone here is nice enough, that’s not the problem. However they only prescribe estradiol in capsule form. That’s been working ok for me so I’ve stuck with this place for the past year. Now, I do need more estradiol, but the capsules cause spikes that cause insomnia and I really need a patch for smooth, consistent absorption. They will not prescribe any patches. That’s the red flag that this place is really just for men. So now I guess I need to find another doctor or begin the process with an online meno specialist who can prescribe me a patch.

I went to Optimize U as a recommendation from another client of theirs that I could see results. I got my blood work, they prescribed me some help and I am down 65 pounds and feel better than I have in 15+ years. Kim was amazing and very helpful, she has a great attitude and I can tell she really wants to help. I need to go back for fresh bloodwork and check numbers soon and adjust medication if needed. I was low T and got a glp1 and the results are better than expected and it’s only been 5 months. I feel like I got my life back and I am only 1/2 way to my goal… I can’t wait to feel what I will be like at the 1 year mark!! Thank you Optimize U.

Was feeling off and after doing some research decided to get my levels tested. After the results came back the Dr. Took time to explain everything in my blood work. Better than any other Dr. Or clinic anywhere else. They do not pressure you into anything and even let you keep you lab panels Incase you wanted to go to you PC. Now I’m feeling way better and energy levels as if I was in my 20s again. Super friendly staff!!! Super Clean facilities, and absolutely love the IR sauna!!! They make ordering refills a breeze and the daily greens they have are amazing. Sadly google only goes up to 5 stars cause they are definitely a 10 out of 10 hands down!!!
