Wonderful healthcare experience. I’m sure they have a huge customer base, but you would never know it. You feel prioritized at all levels to include meetings with the doctor. The therapy plan works and is done safely. The plan includes follow up tests and conversations with the doctor to ensure efficacy. Now I feel like I’m in my 20s again. Patient coordinator Jason McCaffery is the best. Always quick to respond and extremely helpful. In a time where customer service seems to be forgotten, it is a joy to deal with a company like Renew Vitality.
