I’ve been with Transcend for years and have always been happy with their service. It has steadily gone downhill over the last few months. I paid my yearly physician’s fee in July and got my HRT with no problems. I ran out in late October. Went to get my blood work done at the usual place and was told they couldn’t find my lab requisition and it ended up they had changed the lab they go through for bloodwork. I’ll take the blame for that because I should’ve read the email more carefully. I finally get the bloodwork done at the right place and then I’m told I need to provide my Pap smear and mammogram results. Not a huge problem, but I had already provided that a few months earlier and it should have been in my record. Sent that in on December 8th, they said the physician would look at it and then I never heard back from them. My estrogen is absolutely tanked and I finally had to reach out to them almost a month later via text because my email was ignored. They inform me in the text they are no longer working with that physician and gave me her contact info. Are there really no other physicians there that they could refer me to? So basically I paid the yearly fee, only got 6 months of service and the last couple months of that have been nothing but aggravation. Don't waste your money.

Do not use this company! I have been a client for 2 years. At the beginning, it was great service and communication. My last order was mid November 2025 and I had a question regarding one of the peptides in which I was having a side effect from. I have left multiple texts, messages and emails and no one has responded in any way. I just spent another 30 minutes on hold with 6 callers in front of me. It came down to one caller and I was sent to voicemail. I suspect they are doing this intentionally to make it seem like you are legitimately waiting. Then after some time, they disconnect you. This has happened more than once. Can you really trust someone with your health that is unwilling to answer the phone or return your calls? Save yourself time and money by supporting someone other than Transcend.

I am extremely disappointed with Transcend these last couple months. I started nearly a ywar ago with TRT. From what I'm reading everybody has had the same experience, at least in the last few months. No refills on medication, absolutely ghosted, no response and waiting on hold for 30 minutes just to be sent to voicemail. I have experienced all those things since November. I inquired because my medication vial was getting very low, and got a response that my medication was due for refill on 12/18 from Megan. On January 2 I followed up and informed her that I had been out since 12/18 and have missed four doses. I asked if I should continue the other medications in the absence of my test cypionate vial that hadn't arrived yet, and I got no response. Even though I paid for it on the initial invoice after this consultation I was left with nothing. I followed up again on January 8 to inform the doctor that I had stopped all the other medication because I had been given no direction, and I think it's very important because the additional medication is to offset some parts of the testosterone injections. Again I was left with no response. I tried calling for weeks hoping to speak with someone, and I never got an answer on any of the calls. Today, I logged onto the Transcend portal and all of a sudden I have no wellness team! Fortunately I only lost a few hundred dollars. Reading some of these reviews some others have been left with much bigger losses. In the meantime I have no idea what to do. I don't know where to go to start over. It feels like a kick in the gut.

I haven't been able to reach my wellness consultant in over a month and he's canceled on my twice at the last minute when I've scheduled an appointment. I paid for medication in bulk during the July sale and was supposed to receive my refill weeks ago. They took thousands of dollars from me and nobody will answer my calls or emails. Beware of this company!

Outrageous prices, not a premium service, and an exorbitant amount of fees. The “Specialists” are a bunch of kids that make commission off you, so they’ll tell you anything to make a sell. $1372 for three months of Trizepatie, or $1500 for Tesamorelin. They’ll rob you blind, take forever to deliver product, then have the nerve to say you can’t purchase anymore until you pay for the doctor free, the membership fee, and when you get blood work done, your “Specialist” will simply read you verbatim what the results are, without any insight or details on what optimization looks like. Yes, I can read too. Don’t waste your time or money!
