I love my Low T team. They make me feel like family. It’s a quick in and out process. Jess, Dakota, and Haley is always so professional and takes great care of me. 10 out of 10 would recommend. The new building is amazing and always very clean and tidy.

8/20/25 Update: Went to a urologist for a consult and got in/out in under an hour, left with a prescription for once weekly Testosterone Cypionate injections which was sent to my pharmacy & only cost me $19/month with insurance! Much cheaper (and way less hassle) than this place could ever dream of offering. ————————————— Absolute worst experience. Went in this morning for a new patient appointment. Was greeted by an absolute chaotic environment with probably 20 other people waiting in the waiting room. I arrived for a 9 o’clock appointment )and had been told by text the day before that I had to be there and have my blood drawn by 9:30am due to insurance regulations). There was no way in hell I was gonna get back there by 9:30, probably not by noon the way the lobby looked. There was one receptionist that kept running around, acting like she didn’t know what was going on or how to coordinate anything. as I was standing there watching her interact with existing patients, there were several people that were complaining about billing issues and how the price changes every time they come in. Finally, I just left because of the feelings I got, which were sending up red flags everywhere. They were also yelling out information related to patients when they would put someone in a room, such as weight, what they were there for, etc., which clearly indicates HIPAA violation. As a registered nurse, this place gave me the heebie-jeebies. I think I’ll just go to my family medical doctor where I can actually get in and out without being in a chaotic environment, and won’t get run through the ringer of BS.

I have both Medicare and Aetna HMO insurance coverage. After making a call to their office I was told they don t accept either insurance. Their website seems to indicate they are insurance friendly but that s not what I have found.

Been going to low t for around 8 months now. I have been educated and informed through the entire process with trt. They got me feeling like myself again. Every single one of the ladies at the center has always been above and beyond in attitude, knowledge and helpfullness the whole time. They do thier best to get you in and out asap for your convenience. These are great people who are great at what they do. Definitely recommend going here.

I had a great experience at Low T Center. The staff is amazing—always willing to work with you and provide the support you need. They truly care about their patients. Plus, the flexible schedule makes it easy to fit appointments into my busy life. Highly recommend!
