Extremely pleased that I was able to take 15 minutes off my 3.5 mile Swim the Loop time (2:22 in 2025 compared to 2:37 in 2024), thanks to the increased muscle mass and lower body fat percentage I have achieved with the right mix of assistance from the knowledgeable team at Biosymmetry. Am noticing measurable results after only 8 weeks. Looking forward to continued improvements and thrilled to be getting a better night’s sleep, too!

Deb & dr Holmes are awesome. Recently had an office minor procedure with Deb that was near painless Has a problem where I wasn’t feeling well a couple of years ago, & Deb was immediately available to take my call & fill a prescription Lifesaver! Highly recommend their practice to anyone who wants to feel better now & also prevent future major chronic health issues.

I’ve been more than happy to be receiving hormonal rt. I’ve been getting for years. Unfortunately I cannot afford the additional fee of 200 a month for hrt!! Who does a membership fee w a medical practice? Thanks for your services tho. I really dont think the dr was out for 2 weeks.. for as long as I have been coming it would have been nice to be grandfathered in. Really poor customer service in my opinion 🥴
