Paid for a years worth of treatments. Went 4 months, did not recieve meds as told. Complained to workers, no change. They got there money and left me out. Wife and I are both upset with service. No good!

Entire staff was very personable and professional. The entire experience was a pleasant one.

Making the appointment and getting in there was easy. At check in, they took me right back and took labs. Alex was quick to come in and get explain my results, and develop a plan. Things went south when Kyle came in. He’s basically a used car finance guy, trying to get you to spend as much as possible. I don’t do well with people trying to push me in to things I don’t want, so trying to force me to make a decision didn’t sit well with me. They never explained that you arent able to pay for the upcoming month with cash, you can only do a 1, 2 or 3 year contract with them. And, you either have to pay for it all up front in cash, or finance it. Supposedly you can cancel down the road if you want, but I know how those things go, and they never go like it’s explained. I asked for a print out of the plans so I could think it over. Kyle refused because their pricing is apparently top secret, and said if I didn’t make a decision right then, they would destroy my blood samples and I’d have to pay another $99 initial visit fee. Do what you want, but I’d use extreme caution coming here for treatment. It’s EXTREMELY expensive, and there are DEFINITELY better options.

Process is extremely easy and they go over everything so you can make an informed decision. Staff is awesome, very friendly and they take the time to know your name. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for treatment, highly recommend!

Jeff and his staff have been awesome and helped with their services over the last 2 1/2 years. Super glad they offer solutions to challenges that come with age!! Grateful
