Gameday Men’s Health Surprise

I wish I could give this place 0 STARS after my last experience. I rarely write negative reviews because it truly takes a lot to upset me. I consider myself very easygoing. However, after multiple visits and ongoing concerns, I feel obligated to share my experience and warn others to do their research before coming here. I originally decided to try this clinic because of the heavy advertising I saw on Facebook and Instagram, even though I noticed a few red flags early on. This is a men’s health clinic focused on testosterone, yet it appears to be staffed entirely by women. While that may not matter to some, I personally expected at least one male provider or specialist in a clinic centered around men’s hormone health. I paid $250 for blood work and $210 for a 30-day supply of medication. I gave the program a fair chance and continued treatment for three months. During that time, I saw no noticeable changes in my body. I work out daily (30–45 minutes of cardio plus weightlifting), and I follow a very clean diet. I am not overweight, yet after three months, I looked and felt exactly the same. Another issue was the weight discrepancies. Every time I visited, their scale showed me at 196 lbs. I weigh myself every morning at home and consistently range between 186–187 lbs. Even my gym scale confirms this. When I mentioned the difference, I was told that “a lot of people complain about the scale.” When I brought it up again, I was told that even a sip of water can increase weight — but an 8–10 lb difference is not realistic. This response felt dismissive rather than professional. The final visit was the most concerning. During my blood draw, two small tubes were taken. I was then told another tube was needed, and instead of waiting, blood was immediately drawn from my other arm. Shortly after, I fainted. I was disoriented for about 25–30 minutes and genuinely scared. I’ve had blood drawn many times in my life and have never experienced anything like this. After I got home, I contacted my primary doctor, who expressed serious concern about how the situation was handled. From what I understand, if a patient reacts poorly during a blood draw, there should be caution and proper protocol before attempting another draw. Overall, this experience left me feeling unsafe, unheard, and disappointed especially considering the cost. Please do your research before choosing this clinic. In today’s world, many businesses are opening quickly, but not all of them operate with the professionalism and care patients deserve.

The staff is incredibly personable and made me feel comfortable right away. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and genuinely cared about my goals. No pressure, no hassle just a straightforward, professional experience tailored to men’s health. If you’re looking for a clinic that’s efficient, knowledgeable, and treats you like more than just a number, this is it. I’ll definitely keep coming here as long as I’m in Surprise. Great staff, extremely friendly, and very knowledgeable! It was truly an eye-opening experience. I’m extremely glad I took the time to get tested it’s made a huge difference in my life, for the better.

Booked online not once but twice with no phone call. I've gotten a couple automated text but never a call back to schedule. Ive giving it lots of time just in case to give benefit of the doubt but no help. Especially when some people are nervous about these kinds of health things anyway.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! The office is modern, clean, and inviting. But what really makes the place is the staff. From the time you walk in, everyone is helpful and inviting. They take their time with each visitor and go over and beyond to answer questions and make sure you have everything you need to be at your best. Everything they do flows efficiently and they perform with skill and confidence. Highly recommend!!
