Dr Melanie is AMAZING! Hands down one of the best doctors I 've ever been to. She took time to review my very comprehensive blood work item by item & educated me in terms that I could understand. I feel very safe & comfortable about my journey through menopause & hormones! And a shout out to Kim at the front desk! She too is amazing and made me feel comfortable from the minute she answered the phone.

Been a longtime Sottopelle patient at Scottsdale location & was fortunate to start with Dr Tutera. The practice has expanded over the years with multiple locations & have always been happy with all doctors & staff. Living in north valley now & decided to try the Glendale office & so happy I did. Can’t say enough good things about Dr Dean & staff. They are fantastic. Thank you so much for being so caring & kind!

From my initial contact to the my first treatment I have a connection with this team. Joseph in medical records was awesome with helping me get my blood work done. Rita was great at helping me feel welcome and getting paperwork done. Kim in reception was warm and welcoming helping me to feel comfortable during my visit. Melanie was friging amazing in explaining g everything, answering questions and being very through with the information. I felt like a member of the family not just a patient. I have been going to the Glendale location for many, many years. I have always loved the staff and providers at the Glendale location. Kim, at their front desk, is wonderful. She is always friendly and wonderful to deal with. My current provider, Melanie, is also the absolute best! The only complaint I have is with the woman at the other end of the main phone line for Tutera. I had to speak with her for an issue I was having, and she was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. If I didn't love the staff at the Glendale location so much, her behavior would make me leave Tutera and NEVER come back. This woman needs to go!

Been going to Tutera Glendale for over a year. Dr. Dean is fantastic… great bedside manner & always professional. He gets you in & out quickly with little to no pain during pellet insertion. The whole staff is the best.
