I honestly love this place and I’m so grateful that I got recommended here. They have always been so amazing and so helpful, they always have an amazing attitude and I’ve never felt more comfortable. They really helped educate me on what’s happening and what’s going on. They also are very understanding and supportive, when my mother called and tried to get them to not accept me they called me and let me know and didn’t let that stop them from helping me. I love them and I recommend this place to everyone, I live in Tucson and it’s a 2 hour drive there and back but it’s so worth it and I’m happy to do it. They are also very affordable and that helps a lot especially right now.

I have been coming here for around 2 years for HRT. I got my first injection the same day as my consultation. I love the flexibility of being able to do walk-ins for my injections! They also have a a bunch of various resources for the LGBT community like inclusive therapists. Most (if not all) of the staff is part of the community so they really understand. I even found the surgeon I got top surgery with through a recommendation by a staff member here. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else, thank you Micheal and all the lovely staff!

Everyone is very kind and friendly here. BUT it’s not very kind to your wallet. As for someone who’s been on T for 8+ years now I was unhappy with my experience with identity. Let me explain, They have their own treatment plan where they make you come weekly to get your shot which is very inconvenient. And they do not prescribe T out of the office. I have heard that you can get at home kit but you will pay an arm and a leg. (Look at Salt Lake City location review as well) one of their reviews explained almost everything I experienced. For example, you are coming every week and being charged $56 without insurance and even with insurance you are still paying around $27-$35 weekly. So every month you are atleast spending almost close to $200+ (without insurance) just to get your care. Like that’s insane With my previous provider and plan I was paying $12 for my dose which is about 2 months supply of T. (With insurance) that’s 4 vials of testosterone cypionate I went from spending $6 a month for my T to almost $200+ with identity hormones treatment. (With insurance) Their treatment plan might work to some, but I wouldn’t recommend. I feel like there are other places or resources out there that will be a lot friendlier to your Bank account.

I went to them for a little over three years and have had a few issues with them but nothing too serious. That was until November of 2025. Zach does not respect boundaries. I had a telehealth appointment set up with Michael as soon as the clinic opened because I couldn't be late for work. I had physically gone to the clinic the day before for my shot and to get a note because I had open wounds on my hand from scooter crash and just wanted something stating that I had to keep them covered so I could continue working even though I work a dirty job, and was told that was no issue before setting up the telehealth so Michael could see my hand himself. He called off the next day and Zach, who I've instructed in the past isn't allowed to deal with me because he stuck a needle into my leg sideways, and I felt it for weeks, was late for the scheduled time. Didn't message or communicate. Attempted to make me late for work to force the appointment when he finally started to respond to my messages. I didn't realize it was Zach at all because he never stated that. He just kept messaging my phone after I told him I couldn't do the appointment at that time, I had to get ready for work, that I was having a panic attack because I had lied to my boss because of them, I had stated I would have a note, and would message them later to reschedule. He wouldn't stop texting me and tried to guilt trip me into missing work to have the appointment right then, because they were making accommodations for me to have the call before 9am, which was never told to me when they made the appointment. I could only get him to stop messaging me by getting nasty, and that was turned against me. I was supposed to let him continue to message me and trigger panic attacks after I had communicated I was having a panic attack and would talk later, because they've been very accommodating in the past. I haven't been back to the clinic once since this Incident and they haven't checked in once. I haven't had my shot once since nov 10th. For three years I went here, they're fully aware of my different diagnosis, and they just wrote me off because I didn't let Zach continue to try and a push an interaction that he wasn't authorized to make in the first place. The appointment should have been cancelled when Michael called off, not passed to someone who wasn't supposed to handle anything to do with me. Instead I had to ultimately miss work and pay for an urgent care to look at my hand and write a note stating I needed to wear gloves at work so my job couldn't ignore it. I had to pay to see a therapist when I couldn't afford it to go over the messages. Because when I calmed down the following day they almost managed to gaslight me into thinking I did something wrong. My therapist ultimately stated she would be advising me to seek a different clinic after this interaction regardless of if I started going back myself because of how a licensed nurse refusing to aknowlegde a patient stating they were having a panic attack and needed space but instead tried to force the situation was very concerning. I have finally set up an appointment with a new clinic and hopefully will resume my shots at the end of February. But this place cost me damn near a thousand dollars between urgent care, therapy and missed work. I genuinely Don't advise going here if you struggle with panic attacks, suicidal ideation, ADHD, or autism. They won't even check on you when they know they caused a mental breakdown and they never see you again.

I’d recommend this place above ANYWHERE else! The staff is absolutely amazing. I’ve never had any problems here. They make the process that can seem so intimidating, genuinely feel safe. They answer any questions quickly and accurately and are very mindful of your time. I work full time and am usually on a time crunch so it’s nice that I can always count on being in and out in 5 minutes! The staff has been a huge part in making this process so memorable and special! I’m 2 years on T and i’ve NEVER been happier!!!!!
