Quality healthcare provided here! My provider Jacqueline listened to me and took the time to ask me questions to put the puzzle together! I really appreciated her kindness and attention to detail! The MA was very kind and gentle while she drew my labs. The front office staff was very pleasant and welcoming while they were able to efficiently multitask and still make me feel taken care of! I noted the very clean environment as well. This office has high-quality professionals and I really appreciated the service!

I had such a great experience with Jacqueline. She truly listens and takes her time , I never felt rushed during my appointments. She has a wealth of knowledge and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I really appreciate how thoroughly she answers every question and makes sure I feel informed and comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such genuine care and attention. Everyone in the office is so kind and helpful as well. The overall experience was incredible. I highly recommend them.

Provider told me insurance would cover a test after I disclosed that I would not be able to afford it if there was an out of pocket cost and would wait if that was the case. They checked and said it would be free. I now have a $330 bill for this test that I only did because I was told it was covered. When I called after I got the bill, the nurse told me “they wouldn’t have told you that in your appointment” although they definitely did. Very disappointing experience since the rest of the visit was good.

I was finally done with my PCP after years of him letting me rot. I fired him with a strongly worded letter and searched for a different kind of care. I am so glad I found Jacqueline Rogers. She listens to me and is helping me rebuild what has been lost over the last decade or so. Her staff is friendly and professional, accommodating and the wait has never been longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room. I highly recommend Reform if you want a team of people working on your behalf.

They answered all my questions and delt with all my concerns very nice and I didn’t have to wait past my scheduled appt. Time. They treat me and my fiancé both like family. I’m terrified of Needles so they take extra time to make me feel as comfortable as possible when drawing blood. All the staff here are so nice it’s like going to visit a friend or family member. I Highly recommend Reform 😀
