Absolutely one of the most experienced, helpful and genuinely caring medical practices that I have ever let guide me through my health care concerns. The staff has always shown the utmost professional attitude and support possible, especially Corinne Triplett, who's patience and attention to my needs far exceeds my expectations, which is considerably way above the bar. Her attitude is always so pleasant, even when im very impatient and demanding. She is just a reflection of their entire staff! I pay extra just to stay established with them, very worth while.

I am a 47yr old male, former Marine, exercises regularly. Back in my 20s I did two cycles of anabolics. It was awesome. After that zoom I spoke with Jacob and he was professional and cool. The Charlotte PHHW website and patient portal is easy to navigate. Emeli responded quickly via patient portal email. I’ve been with several clinics, but this one is by far the best. The staff is incredibly responsive—questions, requests, lab scheduling—they handle it all quickly. Even the doctor personally emails, calls, or schedules labs whenever needed. The support here is unmatched. They provide everything I need—and then some—to be successful with my treatment. On top of that, they’re more affordable than any other clinic I’ve experienced. I receive better care, more attention, and faster service, all for less than what I paid elsewhere. I can’t recommend this clinic enough. As a personal trainer, I confidently refer clients here, and my wife is even a patient. I’m very selective about her care, and I trust this team completely.

I had received great care here until recently. I’m not sure what’s changed with this company, but their level of customer service and professionalism has gone down drastically. Plus, they are way over charging for their products. I was recently told a price over the phone and then then charged almost three times the amount, when I checked my account. As a disabled combat veteran and first responder in the area attention to detail is everything. I don’t need to be apart of a company that’s getting greedy.
