Worst clinic ever!! This is my second year with them and continue to have no number to call. The number on Google doesn’t work and says there not accepting calls. The worst part is they never send prescriptions in on time and also charge 2,000$ for maybe 5-6 bottles of testosterone for the year!! I’m completely out of my prescription right now and can’t contact anyone and let them know. It’s a complete joke!

Switched to this clinic in February 2024 from an online hormone replacement therapy company I was using, looking for more personalized hormone therapy care. I was feeling good on my other program but wanted a company that re-tested my levels more frequently. I was told I had to sign a contract for a year (non refundable). I got a discount paying all at once so I did. Sadly, things have only gone downhill for me since then (I should have known better when they told me I had to commit for year). I have been feeling worse and worse since I started there. Every appointment I tell them, but they don’t seem to know what to do to help me feel any better. Getting my prescriptions sent in a timely fashion has been difficult and often takes me following up, customer service is not good and to top it off I just requested a new bottle of hormones since the one I had crystallized and was causing unusual pain at the injection site, and they told to to heat it up to dissolve the crystals and keep using it and then if I still had problems they would send me a new one. My experience here has been so bad I am taking a loss on the remaining 6+ months I already paid for and going elsewhere. Buyer beware if you are looking for hormone therapy treatment!

Went there a few months ago and signed up for both the ICP and Testosterone pellet therapy. Have seen a tremendous difference in just this short time. The injections work every time and are painless, but a little intimidating the first couple times. The testosterone pellet (which lasts 5 to 6 months) has really hade a difference and I usually wake up with an erection every morning that is hard enough and long lasting enough for intercourse. (I'm 65)

NuMale started out doing well for me but then after a few years it turned into a disorganized mess. They could not keep track of my file and needs. They implemented new rules that made my health worsen. They shorted me several times on my injection serum and then blamed me for over using it. Stay far away.

just to let everyone know how happy I am with the treatment,service and great results since going to the greenbay numale center. Don and his staff are doing an excellent job on information,instruction and follow up. If any man is hesitant in checking it out like I was,im here to tell you its very much worth you checking it out! the results are amazing!. You will feel like a new and younger man soon!!
