Great people. Eric is very helpful. I usually go to the one in independence missouri ( which is great also). But am out here in Ohio for work.

Do not waste you time coming to this location. Extremely unprofessional. I was told to come back and retest (blood draw). Arrived at the scheduled time and had to wait a bit (no big deal). They called me back and then the “medical professional?” Proceeds to say what are you doing here? You do not qualify. (My level was .2 away from what it needed to be to get treatment). Then tries to tell me they did not tell me to come back, which was a complete lie. Complete waste of time. I would check out other Columbus clinics that actually are professional.

I have been coming here for the last nine months. It has been a life changer for me. I’ve lost 40 pounds. I have lots more energy. Feel a lot better about myself. The staff at this lowTcenter is Absolutely the best. They are very caring and great people. If you wanna feel better, I highly Recommend going there.

Avoid this place and go someone that will provide you with real service. There is a reason the people that work there only last about a month. I had a customer try to start a fight with me in the lobby and the staff didn’t even do anything to stop it. This place is terrible, unsafe, and provides substandard care.

Fabulous staff! They are friendly and extremely helpful. I was suffering daily and no matter my diet or exercise regiment I couldn’t figure out why. The staff helped me identify the root cause of my issues, did extensive medical profile on me to ensure ALL treatment options were on the table for me. I say treatment options because nothing was forced on me. I’ve seen many doctors over the course of my life and it has always been “you need this” or “take this” or “you have to do this.” The Low T center doctors took all my questions and answers along with comprehensive blood work and testing to provide me solutions and treatment options and then asked “how would you like to proceed?” This is how medical professionals should approach patients and I highly recommend this location for not only Low T inquires but primary care. That was a huge relief for me knowing that these doctors and nurses take patients for more than just testosterone inquires and treatments.
