Revity Medical

A few months ago, I began noticing some dramatic changes in my health. I am over 40, so I thought maybe these changes were hormone related, which is why I went to Revity. I met with Kim Chou, and during the first appointment, she seemed like a dream to work with. I had just come out of years of trauma, which was affecting my health, and she seemed to have genuine care and concern. She answered all of my questions - which were a lot because of the stress I was under from my health acting up. During that appointment I learned that my blood tests came back showing my testosterone was low. Kim sold me on getting weekly injections, stating I could also come in anytime as the weekly payment covered the clinic also being for general health/medical appointments as well. Kim’s kindness and professionalism lasted until after I made my first payment. She then began treating me like I was annoying, eventually ignoring me completely when I’d come in, and passing me off to another NP. The second to last appointment I went to, the NP gave the receptionist a quick breakdown of my appointment, to which Kim, who was sitting up front as well, rolled her eyes. Uhhhh. WTH? The last appointment I had at Revity was to go over my blood draw, which they told me showed my testosterone was still “not where they wanted it”. However, by that point, every appointment had become so uncomfortable because of Kim, I had began looking around for another clinic. EIGHT days after my last testosterone injection at Revity, I had my bloodwork done by another clinic… and lo and behold, the new clinic discovers my Testosterone is way too high and the thyroid meds Kim put me on despite my blood tests being normal (to shut me up about my concerns about the facial swelling I was experiencing) had caused my hormones to become extremely imbalanced. It seems they will tell you anything to make a sale and to keep you as a client, even if it means not looking out for your health. Don’t trust these people, despite the good reviews. I’m happy that I am fairly educated in health and wellness, and I’m extremely in tune with my body, or this clinic would be causing greater, long-term damage to my hormonal balance. I hope more people wake up and see past the appearances they put on, and get a second opinion for your health’s sake

Best decision I ever made is going to Revity. Kim, Hailey and all of the staff are knowledgeable, kind and professional. I feel better than I have in quite some time thanks to the treatment. Liked it so much, my husband is now also getting treatment and feeling great as well.

I woke up on Christmas Eve with day 2 of migraine pain. I called Revity and they were open and happy to help. I got vitamin shots and medicine and it truly made my entire Christmas holiday. I don't know what I would've done if they weren't open, as a mom of 4 I wanted to be present for my kids & husband and Revity helped me do that. Plus, they were so kind, efficient and happy! They are awesome. Every time I go in, they recognize and by my face and call me by name. They’re so polite and kind. Also the help I am getting with my physical health is awesome. I’ve been going to them for about eight weeks now and I feel fantastic.

I have been thrilled with the treatment I have received from Revity Medical. I felt listened to and they quickly identified why I was experiencing the symptoms that have been plaguing me for years. I’m only sad I didn’t come in sooner. It’s only been a few days since I began treatment and I already feel so much better. Thank you!!!
