A few months prior to seeing Brittany at Anu Wellness, I had completed a physical exam and lab work with my primary care provider. I was told that everything fell within normal limits and was advised to simply begin taking a fish oil supplement. However, this recommendation did not fully address the symptoms I was experiencing, and I felt there might be underlying factors that warranted a more in-depth evaluation. At Anu Wellness, Brittany conducted a comprehensive review of my lab results and provided a much more detailed explanation of my health status. While my results may have been considered “normal” by conventional standards, she helped me understand that they were not necessarily optimal. She took the time to thoroughly discuss my concerns, answer my questions, and develop a personalized supplement plan tailored to my specific symptoms and goals. Services were great and Brittany was polite and knowledgeable, but the billing practices were not. I was charged after canceling, received no products/services for the month that I was charged for, and my refund request was refused due to a policy I was never provided. When I asked for either a refund or fulfillment of that month’s products/services, I did not receive a clear resolution or a response. I recommend getting all terms in writing before signing up. This situation felt misleading.

Great experience. Have had labs completed and had my first appointment to speak with Brittany about a plan of action for myself. Learned a lot about my body and the areas I need to work on. Brittany explains the laboratory results and gives recommendations on actions I can take to make changes if needed. Absolutely no pressure felt, it was like talking to a friend who knows what she is talking about and is in the position she is in because she has had to go through changes herself. There is no hidden agenda…she wants me to be my best self and it certainly shows in how she treats her patients.
