I have been a patient at Elevate Wellness for about a year now and my experience has been outstanding. The entire staff, from the front desk to Dr. Bob himself make you feel like more than just another patient. Dr. Bob has been incredibly patient with me; he is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and genuinely invested in my health and progress. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and always answers my many questions. Their care and professionalism are top notch. Highly recommend Elevate Wellness to anyone looking for quality service.

I connected with Dena who is amazing. She is so friendly, enthusiastic and helped me feel comfortable immediately. Vivian my NP provider called me only 3 hours after the initial intake with Dena. Vivian is wonderful. She went over her plan to best suit my needs. I am fully confident I am in good hands with Vivian and her team. The entire process was easy, fast and seamless. I find the staff very attentive & professional. Dena has helped me with a few administrative issues on more than one occasion & she's awesome. Of course I have to commend Vivian also, she's extremely well informed & can substantiate her recommendations with medical references which I greatly appreciate. Most importantly each person I've spoken with has been patient, helpful & courteous.

Easily five stars! The staff makes you feel comfortable immediately like you’re almost family. I was lucky enough to have Dena to answer any questions I had or concerns. Elevate Wellness Group has literally given me my life back! As a man approaching 70, my extreme athletic life of business leadership, world traveling, teaching Martial Arts, motorcycle racing and big game hunting, all was slowly fading away to distant memories.
