My experience has not been very good here. I have been coming for 8 weeks every Monday. They told me the price was $10 for 6 weeks and then 2 weeks ago it was $40 and then they billed me for previous weeks backpay and told me it I was not paying the correct amount this whole time. I don't think that is my fault and now I have huge random bill. I called the billing department, and she was quite rude and told me the bill is on me because she was not the one who told me I'm supposed to pay $10 per visit. I've also noticed no one remembers me when I come in. I've been there every Monday for 2 months. Not the girls who took my blood, not the girls who give me my shots, not even the front desk or the "providers". It is alarming to have to tell them what I'm there for as if it is not written down in my chart somewhere? They have even forgot to reschedule me multiple times. Also, they don't do a good job at phlebotomy for blood work. It was a nightmare, TWICE! Not very gentle and they said it was my fault because of my veins.. maybe that is true, maybe not. I've had other places take my blood no problem. Lastly, I'm not seeing any results and my blood work shows no difference nor do I feel any different. I will say some the girls are very nice and were patient with me when the phlebotomy didn't go well. After being poked multiple times, I got woozy and they put a fan on me and gave me an ice pack. There is one provider who remembered me vaguely which I took as a win.

While the doctors & nurses are great, by adding kiosks to check in & out needs to go. They have to update your chart before you can checkout & pay, or they update incorrect. The next visit you can't check in until your balance is paid. Go back to a live person to check in & out. You're not giving a discount for me to do the work.

I have to change my review again back to a 2 star. The people working the front desk are the first impression for your company. A smart ASS answer is not best solution. Even my 8 year commented on how rude the lady was. Every time they change the front help something always happens. Good luck, I will probably not go back to this location at least for a while. The location has improved a lot. I upped my review to a 3. Today Saturday the 3rd was in the location whoever the new girl behind the counters is very RUDE!!!!! Doesn't acknowledge people or make eye contact hell doesn't even say HI as the normal staff does. I would have given her the benefit of the doubt BUT she wasn't busy....WAIT the four people in the back were so BUSY chit-chatting and texting none of them could even look up or stop talking to acknowledge or even say Hi to someone walking right past them on the way to the bathroom that said hi to them. Normally I'm very happy with this location. But this new staff does not live up to the basic standards of customer service in my opinion. It saddens me that I will have to go find a whole new center after so many years. I will not put up with a rude staff I rather spend my money where they act like they want it, and don't seem like there just going through the motions so they can get a check on Friday. I've been going to the Vintage location for will over two years and never had an issue. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and can address your needs. For anything beyond that Chet Knox leads the group and is the person to go to should you require a male perspective. All your concerns and treatment(s) are kept confidential. Keep up the good work !

I have been a customer for a long time. The front desk has turned into a disaster since the self check in started. A personable experience with the lady at the desk will not be had. No answers can be answered about billing, no call backs when she says they will call. You are a number. I think I'm gonna take a break from this location.
