Fantastic staff. Knowledgeable, friendly and informative. The Nurse Practitioners monitors levels and explain the results. It's so great to find a place that takes their time and listens. Not every woman has the same genetic makeup. So often the regular OB/Gyns, said it was just a part of getting older. I was offered a one size fits all pill. After doing the Hormone Replacement I have more energy, sleep better, less moody, and FINALLY lost the stubborn hormone weight.

I started bio identical HRT with Hormone Health and Weight Loss of Virginia about three months ago. I was having the typical menopausal symptoms of insomnia, anxiety, hot sweats, and I had low energy. I did not feel like myself at all. After I was screened to be an ideal candidate for HRT I did not hesitate because I wanted to quickly start feeling better. Almost a week later I was noticing that I was having fewer hot flashes and I was actually sleeping more. I was also starting to fall asleep a lot faster. A month in I noticed my hot flashes starting to creep in. I called them up and they had me come in to check my hormone levels. I was in range and they explained some people might need a boost to truly feel like themselves. I got a booster dose that day. That was back in September and I still feel so much better. They are quick to return calls if they don't answer and they are very knowledgeable and patient. I can't recommend Hormone Health and Weight Loss enough. Thank you to these wonderful people.
