Hi there! I’m 49 years old. Before starting the Ehormones MD program, I had a pretty nice sized beer gut, even though I go road cycling with my best friend at least 5 days a week. And, I even eat super clean. So I decided I wanted to try a different approach. Dr. Welch told me my testosterone levels were very low. So I started their Testosterone Replacement Therapy program. I also started a 3 day a week weights program with my trainer. Ehormones provided me with this booklet called The 6 Keys to Optimal Health and fitness. Man. WOW! I wasn’t doing anything from their 6 keys except for the drink one gallon/day of water. I think completely different about health and fitness now. I’m 2.5 months in and I’ve already lost almost 20% of my body fat is now at 11.8%....down from 26%. Can’t recommend these guys enough.)
