Started for testosterone treatment. Then I consulted with them regarding erectile dysfunction. My NP , Tom, Nicole and the whole group there at the Salem location are fantastic. Has made a huge difference in my life. Worth every penny without question. Extremely thorough and straightforward as can be. They quickly take any stigma out of the situation. I tried to cancel the day of my appointment after I found out that the peptide they put me on can make cancer and tumors worse, they refused to refund me my 2500 dollars for a service I can't use. These people are truly disgusting. I have a potential brain tumor, and they wont work with me. Eric was the person I dealt with, he at first told me I could come down the day after I signed up to fill out paperwork to cancel, I left my new job early to do that, only to get another sales pitch and "I'm sorry, but you signed a contract, help me out here" by law I have 3 days to cancel my contract, so this guy is breaking the law to protect his commission.

Straight forward answers to my testosterone questions. A multi year plan to get back to feeling great again, physically and emotionally in my 50s. Nurses and front desk ladies always greet you with a smile. After 4 months, I am very happy with my results, and the entire staff at the Salem office.

Personally, I would look at other clinics. Northeast Men’s Health is too commercialized and it is all about money. I was put on the highest dose of clomid and my t-levels were around 390. Paying 2600 a year. After the first blood test, (not including the consult blood test) I never heard from them until it was time to renew my care. After this blood test they doubled my medication. No blood test or follow up after the change. As my year subscription was coming to an end, they reached out via text to get me to renew. This was the first time hearing from them in about 8-9 months. I said I wanted another blood test to see where my levels were. When they came back at 390, the provided said it was probably just a bad reading, with no further explanation. I decided to go to another clinic and not renew, and spoke about my experience. They looked at my levels and found high estradiol. Either way, I am doing treatment with the new place which seems much better and more personalized care. The care is about 1/3 of the cost of Northeast . Other providers don’t lock you into care and you can pay as you go.
