Dr. Sizar was great to work with! He responded quickly when I reached out over a weekend and setting up an appointment was a snap. I went in for V02Max testing, and he made the process easy and .... well not "painless" as it's a vigorous 12 minute workout... but stress-free. His test results arrived promptly with lots of useful tips and recommendations. Two thumbs up!

Great experience! Well worth the money! I am an tri-athlete (Ironman 70.3) that was interested in determining my VO2 max as well as my heart rate threshold, so I can accurately train at Zone 2. The test isn't as bad as you would think. It's a slow progression to all out that lasts about 10-12 minutes. Also, Dr. Sizar was extremely knowledgable and very personable. He explains everything clearly at every step of the process. You have had gestures you provide to let him know if you want to push further. It's all very organized and very safe. What I learned: My VO2 max was higher than I expected, but also was better on the run than the bike (I did both tests). More importantly I learned is that my HRT is much lower than I thought it was at using the breathing methods or my Garmin. You get a print out of all all the results and then a followup video consultation where he goes through and explains everything. Honestly the best money I've spent in a while. Highly recommended for anyone trying to learn more about their body like me!

I have been seeing Dr. Sizar for a little over 3 months. I wish that I could give him more Stars! I went with the 12 month complete membership. He has spent more time talking to me about my health during this time than all of the other Doctors that I have seen in the past 10 years combined. His practice revolves around preventing problems as much as dealing with current ones. When is the last time you GP spent 15 minutes talking to you about food? When is the last time your GP spent 15 minutes talking to you about specific exercises and how they will help? When is the last time your GP recommended some books to you about health and the importance of Nutrition? Dr. Sizar's practice is what health care in our country SHOULD be. Wouldn't you like to know if you have something wrong before you are showing symptoms? Wouldn't you like to know how you might be able to get off of some of the meds? My only regret is not doing this sooner. His proactive approach is a refreshing change from the reaction approach that we have grown accustomed to. The only issue is that I have probably been getting on my friends nerves because I keep bringing it up!

Dr. Sizar has been fantastic so far. I thought my health was OK but the comprehensive blood testing that he provides gave me a wakeup call when I realized my testosterone was tanking and my cortisol was through the roof. I am the type to seek a more natural intervention before relying on medication and he was very understanding of this and gave me a solid blueprint on recovering my health and happiness.
