I feel incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Cynthia Reed as my doctor. She is kind, patient, and makes you feel truly heard. Her passion for medicine is obvious, and it reflects in the care she provides. I honestly believe she may be the best doctor I’ve ever had and would recommend her without hesitation.

Trent was absolutely amazing! First hormone doctor I’ve talked to that actually sat down took the time to explain everything, my personal situation and explain treatment. I’ve been in TRT since 2019 and Trent was hands down the best I’ve ever dealt with. 5 star highly recommend.

I called to schedule an appointment and spoke with Lailani, but the experience was disappointing. She was not helpful during the scheduling process and her language came across as unprofessional. After providing my insurance information, I was told that l could not be assisted and that ACCESS was not accepted. I told her a third time my insurance was through my employer she said "Oh, I entered your DOB incorrect." Overall, the interaction felt unprofessional and left a negative impression.

Dr Reed is one of the most knowledgeable and friendly doctors I've ever met and she actually truly does care about her patients. And all the years all the doctors I've been to she is the absolute best.

Dr. Reed is excellent! She made me very comfortable and was excellent and listening to me and answering my questions. Possibly the best experience at a doctors office in my life.
