Their email says to "be respectful of their time," but they won't even call you back for the initial consultation. I sat in the meeting for over 10 minutes, and Dr. Getz was a no-show. Happened two days in a row. Nobody calls you, and nobody returns your emails. If they can't even get a 15-minute consultation that's on the calendar correct, how are you supposed to trust them to get something important - like your health - right? I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Awesome service and support, Dr Getz met me on the weekend, was the only time that worked for me. I find that level of service remarkable! Spent a lot of time reviewing test results and discussing options. Been with them for over a year now, and he and his office are the best.

Can't thank Vitality enough. My health has never been better. So many benefits.
