I cannot express enough gratitude for both of our professionalism and how comfortable they make everything during the whole process. I have a needle phobia, and with that being said they are very gentle with me every time and they understand, although it might be traumatic for me they do everything within their power to make the process pleasant. After every visit, With their amazing medical staff, I find it wasn’t so bad. I honestly can say I’ve never found a more empathetic staff of delightful people. It’s one of those few places you can find where the owners are so passionate about the cars that it truly does show in their work. The whole process from start to finish is very professional and the cost to value is amazing, especially since they are so Detail oriented.

I’ve had an outstanding experience with this men’s health clinic. The team is extremely knowledgeable about TRT and took the time to walk me through every step of the process. Admittedly was a good experience at first, felt heard and seen as an individual but I realized they never gave me my labs back to view & I just took their word on what they were. I was told my levels were good & to forgo the 3 month checkup for a 6 month checkup. After feeling pretty weird & having issues within my life I requested my labs only to find out that my testosterone & estrogen were rapidly rising & at very high levels when they said I was fine and to just come back in 6 months. If my testosterone levels are 200 in January, 900 in March and 1250 in July along with rising estrogen and hematocrit, why on earth would they not retest me for 6 months? That’s borderline negligent. Upon explaining this to them they told me I’d need to come in and get my bloodwork drawn which would cost $200 because you pay $200 a year for lab work and my year is up now. I can only assume this is a tactic to save money at the expense of their patients, tell your patient they’re fine so they don’t require/ask for more labs to be done. No apologies were given, nobody seemed to care when I brought it to their attention, I specifically asked for some reassurance that something like this wouldn’t happen again and none was given. Save your time & pay the extra money to go to a provider that cares about your wellbeing.

So I’ve been getting the vitamin Injections which is pretty affordable here and it’s literally been life altering. I have more energy, I’m in a better mood and overall just more regulated. The staff is very welcoming the office is very clean. Not once did i feel out of the loop or unaware. Best decision i ever made and a small investment with immaculate ROI.
