I cannot recommend Nurse Practitioner Vanessa Ramirez at The Happy Hormone Cottage enough! After a clinical PCOS diagnosis this year and a lifetime of excruciating periods (since 5th grade), I was facing exploratory surgery for suspected endometriosis. I never felt peace about it, so I canceled. My GYN only offered surgery, birth control, gabapentin, or metformin. So instead, I did a DUTCH test for a bigger picture, found Vanessa, and got an Oura ring through my HSA to better track cycles! With her compassionate, expert care, I started progesterone therapy and targeted PCOS supplements. My painful periods have dramatically improved, and after years of infertility, tears, and prayers, my husband and I are overjoyed to be expecting our miracle baby! “For this child I prayed; and the LORD has granted me my petition which I made to him.” (1 Samuel 1:27). God is so good! Vanessa listens, truly cares, and treated me like a friend, not just a chart. Therapies definitely take time as I have reached my 3 month of therapy mark. Feel I am still sorting my needs out but have gained some answers too. I am an out-of-state patient. I do find the staff to be great listeners, knowledgable, and genuinely care.

I am 66 years young and have been a patient at the Happy Hormone Cottage since 2019. I am thrilled with the results I've experienced from the bio-identical cream hormones. I highly recommend happy hormone cottage! My energy levels are higher and headaches have decreased so much too …. And sleep is better! Thankful for their thorough tests , and one on one consultations to go over everything and that the supplements they recommend are so affordable!

Very expensive. They take your money first and send an email three weeks later to say by the way you might feel really bad for a while. They don't tell you about any side effects and then act like you're the problem when you have any poor responses to interventions. It doesn't seem like they know about progesterone intolerance. I feel horrific and plan to seek help elsewhere.
