My husband had a technical difficulty that left his confidence… well, let’s just say temporarily out of service. Thankfully, our good friend Wesley came through like the world’s most unexpectedly helpful troubleshooting guide. Between patience, encouragement, and some comic relief, Wesley managed to reboot the situation and get everything running again. Five stars to the support team — four stars for the husband, because we’re still working on reliability. 😄
