Wonderful knowledgeable staff. I feel so much better now than before I started getting hormones and supplements from Dr D. Love the office. Feel years younger and my muscles are looking good! Recommend to everyone I know.

I first came to Cedar Male in September 2023 after a few of my family members recommended the clinic, and I needed help managing my hormones. Dr. Wittie started me with blood work and a treatment plan, and things went well at the beginning. However, by December I started experiencing severe migraines from one of the prescribed medications. I scheduled a phone appointment with Dr. Wittie toward the end of December, but I never received the call. The migraines continued, and I had to schedule another appointment for January 2, 2024. I explained that I never got the previous call, and they told me the next available slot was a week later. Unfortunately, that appointment was also missed—he didn’t call at the scheduled time (10:30 a.m.) but instead called the following evening around 6 p.m., saying there had been confusion due to new staff. He adjusted my medication, and thankfully the migraines went away. Over time, the prices began to increase without notice. I was also charged for shipping several times even when I went in person to pick up my medication, and each time I was told I’d be refunded—but it never happened. By January 2025, I had reached my limit. I called to schedule another refill and was told it would take two weeks. I also noticed larger withdrawals from my bank account without any explanation or notice of a price increase. When I called in February 2025 to ask about the charges, the person I spoke with was extremely rude. At first, she said she didn’t know about any price increase, but later admitted that she did. Her attitude and the way she handled the conversation were unprofessional and dismissive, and that’s where I drew the line. Up to that point, I had overlooked several smaller issues, thinking maybe they were just having a rough day or adjusting to new staff—but after that call, I decided to stop going. Later, I found out that other family members who had also been patients there had gone through similar experiences with billing problems, missed calls, and inconsistent communication, and they too decided to leave. Overall, the experience started out promising but became increasingly frustrating. I hope Cedar Male improves their communication, customer service, and billing transparency for future patients.

I have been going to I vitality for over a year now and have nothing but good things to say, I have recommended multiple people to the clinic and have noticed a DRASTIC improvement in my day to day life since starting the hormone replacement therapy. I had a total hysterectomy about 10 years ago and going through menopause at 25 years old was not something I would recommend 😅 They have given me my youth back, my energy, and best of all… no hott flashes!!!

Wonderful help. Was dragging butt and couldn't get thru the day without a nap. My testosterone levels were real low. Dr Witte got me on a great plan and got me back to life.
