The office is incredibly clean and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The staff is kind, attentive, and professional, and the Dr.Julia truly cares. She takes the time to listen, explain, and make you feel comfortable the entire time. I also really appreciated that she gave room for me to ask questions along the way. A wonderful experience all around!

Allison listened patiently to me and I felt heard. The place is very clean and has a relaxing vibe. They had cute stickers for patients at checkout.

Optimum Health offers an incredibly comprehensive and personalized service--from onboarding through continued care. They have been immediately responsive and thoroughly action-oriented to my inquiries and requests. While my main interactions have been with Maryen, all of their staff is impressively knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Optimum over any of the other providers I have interacted with. The difference between them and second-best is vast, in an industry where you do not want to accept anything but the top-tier.

I saw Julia Haack yesterday for a pre-op appointment. The whole experience, from beginning to end, significantly surpassed my lofty expectations. The check-in process was seamless—the reception staff were kind and personable, and the waiting room was comfortable. I was seen promptly (it’s NOT like other clinics in VA where you feel like you’re getting your driver’s license renewed at the DMV). Julia was efficient, competent, and compassionate. Despite the white coat syndrome that I’ve experienced in the past based on some traumatic experiences from my youth, I felt comfortable and respected with this provider. It’s obvious how much Julia cares; she’s willing to go the distance for her patients to help ensure their health and safety. Thank you, Julia and team!

I am so blown away at how amazing this practice is. From the moment you walk in it feels like a luxurious spa. The decor is beautiful and the whole staff is so welcoming, kind, and helpful. I saw Allison Gabbert for my visit 10/10. She's understanding and is great at answering all of my questions. The additional services seem super cool, I am definitely tempted to try them out. Bonus points for the stickers at check out lol
